Alicia Malone

Alicia went through the FilmStruck application process, which is a TCM movie streaming platform. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone in order to practice speaking them out loud before the camera prior to her TCM broadcast host audition. After she appeared at the auditions in 2017 the Turner Classic Movies network hired Malone the following year. Malone has addressed the issues that women face working in film in two distinct TEDx talks. Maree's appearances include the Today program NPR CNN The Movies documentaries MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV 2019 Live from the Red Carpet Oscar show as well as ABC. She developed and hosts the YouTube series Indie Movie Guide on behalf of Fandango.
