Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actor who is employed on TV and in films is most well-known for her roles in films like Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16, she had already landed several television roles, which included the leading role in the film Downfall Youth without Youth Control. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall the role she played as the Secretary Traudljunge of Adolf Hitler was also a critically-acclaimed one. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are also Oscar nominated features featuring models. Alexandra was involved in a variety of significant international and national productions throughout her career.
